Why should I use you?

I am a wholesale lender that can get you better rates than other lenders. I don't charge any lender fees like other lenders do, saving you thousands. My whole purpose is to give you honest advice that benefits you, not me. I will keep you informed during the entire process, close when I say I will close at the terms I promised you. 

Should I Re-Finance?

You want to refinance when you can get a .05 - 1% or more lower interest rate than you presently have. Depending on how long you plan to stay in your home is another consideration. I would be glad to sit down with you and strategize what would be the best for you and your circumstances. 

How Long Will It Take?

Depending on how fast you can get us the documents we ask for, your loan should take approximately 25-30 days.
